Women Leaders Discuss Ways to Shape a Healthy and Equitable Future
Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt – On Wednesday November 16, international women leaders will discuss strategies, solutions, and alternatives for shaping a healthy and equitable future at a press conference organized by the Women’s Earth and Climate Action Network (WECAN) at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) 27th session of the Conference of Parties (COP27) in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
During the press conference, speakers will address the feminist and women-led visions emerging from global movements, and share the context and impacts of international climate policies within their communities.
